Description

It is a pilot plant suitable for laboratory technical tests and small productions.
Fully autonomous and equipped with:

• Electric tank heating
• Double adjustable low-speed mixing system, consisting of an external anchor scraper and internal paddles with rake that rotate in the opposite direction by means of coaxial shafts.
• Teflon scrapers operating only when the product is detected, easily demountable for cleaning.
• High speed homogeniser driven from the top by coaxial shaft linked to that of the mixing system.
• Turbine consisting of a fine teeth stator and a vane rotor with different configuration depending on the type of product to be processed.
• Vacuum pump
• The plant has the same production characteristics as those used in industrial production.
